1. Regatta Fees

The registration fee is now available on the registration site.

The fee includes:

  • Bus transportation

  • Athlete meals

  • Regatta entry fees

  • Other event-related expenses

Please register and submit payment by the posted deadline.

2. Team Transportation

The team will depart Friday, September 18 from Manhasset Secondary School - ARCHES at 5:00 PM

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure as the bus will leave on time.

Athletes should:

  • Eat before arriving or bring a peanut-free meal/snacks.

  • Bring a refillable water bottle.

  • Pack all racing gear, uniforms, weather-appropriate clothing, and extra layers.

3. Hotel

The team will stay at:

Boston Marriott Newton

2345 Commonwealth Avenue

Newton, MA

Rates are $189.00 plus local and state taxes

Parking and Breakfast is included (Parents & Athletes eligible)

Transportation will be provided between the hotel and Regatta site throughout the weekend for athletes.

4. Alternate Transportation

If your athlete will be returning home with a parent rather than the team bus, please complete the district's Alternate Transportation Form prior to the regatta.

6. Race Schedule

Lineups and race times will be distributed by the coaching staff as soon as they are finalized.

Please remember:

  • Athletes should remain with the team throughout the day.

  • Wear Manhasset Crew apparel whenever possible.

  • Check the weather and pack accordingly.
