“Championships are won in the Winter”

One the biggest hurdles in rowing is staying on top of your progress. The winter program is designed to develop our athlete’s strength and fitness. This is a chance start the spring season prepared and ready with the right base. We are here to help you achieve your goals and make winter training less intimidating.

High Performance Team

For those who want to get after training right away. This program is focused on making the most out of your fitness. Whether you are looking for recruitment or aiming for a top boat, this is your chance make progress. Our programming will incorporate strength training, cardio, and mobility. We also have our athletes race at the indoor regattas to maintain a competitive edge.

Standard Training

We understand the love and hate that goes with indoor rowing. Most of the time, there is barely anything that may resemble a break. Starting a little later, this program is for the athlete who is looking to build back what they previously had and prepare for the Spring.

Practice Schedule*

Monday-Friday: 4:00pm - 6:30pm

Saturday: 8:00am -10:30am
